2010 American Heart Association CPR Update

2010 AHA CPR Training Update
American healthcare has been and will always be public concern. Creativeresol-ve Edu. Co and American Heart Association has always been partners in promoting public health. Last year,  American Heart Association publicized their update in conducting CPR. The updated version of CPR training technique was made available and promoted outrightly by Creativeresol-ve Edu. Co. The CPR training update made by the American Heart Association focuses on the new methods that should be followed to rescue an individual after a cardiac arrest. In contrast with the new version of CPR, the old method gave more emphasis on mouth to mouth resuscitation. The American Heart Association revised the method by changing the A-B-C technique to the C-A-B technique. C is for compression, A for airways and B for breathing. Therefore, CPR should be started with compressing the chest, focusing on the heart, with one hand while the other remains on it. After, this should be followed by checking the airways and finally mouth to mouth breathing. For more details regarding the update please see AHA Network.
